PSI is searching for a part or full time Marketing Specialist to assist with social media, company branding, website management, and the development of client and employee communications.
This position can be remote or hybrid with flexible hours and scheduling options.
Some in person meetings may be required from time to time.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven creative approach that aligns with PSI's mission to serve students and schools throughout Ohio.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote PSI throughout Ohio.
They will work collaboratively with the marketing team to design and produce marketing materials for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and print media.
The Marketing Specialist will utilize their expertise in social media management and graphic design to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Pay range will vary depending on skill level and experience.
Applicants are eligible for health, vision, dental and life insurance if working full time.

If the successful applicant meets the requirements of an independent contractor, that status will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote PSI Manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create and design graphics for digital and print materials, such as social media posts, emails, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating content and designing templates.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and graphic design.
Manage the organization's website and update content as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all marketing materials.
Work with production teams (internal & external) to assist with project management in website development and ensure website best practices in SEO tagging, advertising, etc.
Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with social media platforms and social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM's such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact and Hubspot.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Experience in website management and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to engage PSI's target audiences.
Proficiency with G Suite tools (e.
g.
Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Hangouts Meet) and ability to learn required business systems.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager Ability to maintain a high level of performance, working quickly without compromising quality, managing multiple campaigns with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and, at times, take direction from an outside agency/partner Physical Demands:
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or computer use.
The Marketing Specialist (Social Media and Graphic Design) may also need to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
The Marketing Specialist will primarily work at PSI's Corporate Office or a remote setting.
They may need to travel to attend meetings or events.
Some evening or weekend work may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
