We are seeking an organized detail oriented individual to join our kennel reception staff
Responsibilities:
Check in clients Monitor schedule Efficiently handle a multi-phone line system Enter new clients and update current client/patient records Manage record requests between other veterinary practices and hospitals Client education Process payment transactions Maintain and update client and patient records Requirements:
Weekend Availability Required Some animal handling is required Must be exceptional at multi-tasking Must be able to type minimum 40 wpm Computers skills:
Efficiently use a Windows based computer system, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use the practices managing software.
Knowledge of preventative medicine and common pet ailments (preferred not required Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
