This role is a Microbiologist Technician with will also cover roles in the Quality Assurance Lab as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities Performs tests to ensure product and package quality of finished beverage products are within company quality specifications and regulatory requirements Maintains and calibrates lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy Maintains testing and calibration records and results through data entry into the Lab Data Management System (LDMS) Performs water treatment quality tests following company quality specifications and regulatory requirements Creates quality holds on finished beverage products for containment and investigation when quality tests do not meet specifications Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in Microbiology, Food Science or related field Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience Preferred Qualifications Degree in Bachelor's in Mcirobiology, Food Science, Chemistry or related field Job Type:
