We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our innovative team of Engineers.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our engineering products and services.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Quality Inspector, your key responsibilities will include:
1.
Conducting regular quality inspections, including first piece/first article inspection and in-process inspections to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
2.
Utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to inspect components and finished products.
3.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting any quality issues or deviations from the standard specifications.
4.
Collaborating with the engineering team to develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
5.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality training programs.
6.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems.
7.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inspection records and reports.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the engineering industry.
2.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
3.
Experience in conducting first piece/first article inspections and in-process inspections.
4.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
5.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
7.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
9.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
