Librarian Administrator - Lead Worker This position reports to District Operations Management.
Duties for the Librarian Administrator include the following:
Act as project lead.
Under the direction of District Operations management, supervise and direct other contract staff with the agency's backfile project.
Work with program management for direction and guidance on the district backfile project.
Develop processes and efficiencies in the process.
Provide project updates to senior management.
Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.
Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.
Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner.
Sweep document into Unity Client.
Identify indexing information (metadata).
QA ingested document.
