Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service standards.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
