Responsibilities: - Act as an extension of the sales force to proactively grow medical supplies sales - Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis - Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price quotes and/or proposals - Price, procure/place orders, handle shipping scenarios, and overall account management - Cross reference competitive products and build price proposal lists - Coordinate new customer on-boarding and new item sales to ensure smooth implementation of new sale opportunities - Support Outside Sales in all projects, day-to-day inquires and operations - Assist other departments in maximizing customer performance and satisfaction Experience Needed:- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to work independently and as a team - Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines - Functional experience in MS Office applications - Experience in the medical field and distribution is an advantage but not necessary - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
