JOB OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT
Responsibilities include coordinating, Finishing and Packaging of bulk extrusion PRODUCTS in a 24 Hour Manufacturing operation. Targets also Include improving existing processes, reducing costs and troubleshooting equipment/production issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible for productivity improvement in current manufacturing process. Lead project teams responsible for continuous improvement efforts in cost, quality, and processing and production equipment
o Oversee new product production processes. Establish work procedures and training documentation to ensure successful manufacturing of new products.
o Support all production process' while maintaining and making improvements to equipment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
o BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or operations Management or equivalent experience
o 3 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment
o Superior technical analysis and problem solving skills
o Prior experience in ISO certified environment, preferred
o Project Management experience preferred
