Inside Sales Rep / Account Rep - Salary plus comission
Amazing opportunity for a Experienced Self Starter Account / Inside Sales Rep for a National Manufacturing company in Twinsburg, Ohio.
The right candidate will develop revenue generating opportunities through proactive outbound phone sales calls and expand the sales of FFR Merchandising products to existing, inactive and prospective customers.
This is a direct hire position
9am-6pm Monday-Friday
38K-42K plus commission!
The company is a NON SMOKING COMPANY- NO EXCEPTIONS!! The company does administer a nicotine test.
Responsibilities:
o Conduct outbound telephone sales calls to develop business relationships and position the company as a Total Retail Solutions provider within the territory and segment assigned.
o Determine additional customer potential, product requirements and unmet needs.
o Determine reasons for lost business and develop win back strategies.
o Follow-up on open sales quotations and sample requests generated through call efforts.
o Follow-up on marketing campaigns, trade show leads and trade publication-advertising inquires as assigned.
o Manage custom product projects as requested by the customer.
o Utilize Navision software to maintain the integrity of the company's database, including account organization, general customer information and contact names.
o Prepare Weekly Activity Report detailing account review, sales activities, issues and coverage strategy for the next week/ month for submission to Sales Manager.
o Participate in portions of the quarterly sales meetings as requested.
o Attend trade shows, product installs, and customer visits as requested.
o Special assignments, as requested from the Sales Manager.
o Assist in training of new employees as directed by Sales Manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
