Admin / Sales Support

We are a family owned construction business located Twinsburg, OH. that is looking for an individual to fill our Sales Support/Admin position.
Description:
Support functions of the Outside Sales associates and ancillary office duties including: Data Entry, Clerical, Inbound and Outbound phone work, and assisting office staff as needed. 1st shift full time position.
Experience:
o 2 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience in a manufacturing, construction or similar environment. (construction preferred)
o Proficient with Microsoft Office software
o Proven multitasking and phone experience in a fast paced environment
o Strongly preferred. Experience with "Xactimate" insurance software
o Strongly preferred Salesforce or I-360 software knowledge

Compensation:
$13-$15/hr


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
