Dispatcher / Service Advisor

Strong leader in the Material Handling Industry seeks Service Advisor/Dispatcher to provide technical and troubleshooting support to internal and external customers. Will also assist the Service Department with distributing and maintaining records for service bulletins, providing pricing and quotations for customer, and maintain inspection (data and reporting function) for scheduled maintenance agreements.

Strong Mechanical aptitude, previous experience in a mechanical troubleshooting role desirable
Must be able to maintain and manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize work
Must be highly motivated and thrive on problem resolution
Must be able to provide a professional company image at all times

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
