Customer Order Management Representative

Location: Twinsburg, OH 44087
Pay: $14.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 11am to 7:30pm
TRAINING: 2 weeks, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm

Job Description:

oDemonstrates basic knowledge of business practices and procedures, products, services and systems
oTakes and processes orders by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and reps
oProvides order status and pricing information to customers
oIdentifies routine problems
oUnderstands basic problem escalation procedures
oUnderstands and differentiates basic products and services to meet customer requirements
oExtensive phone communication experience, customer service environment experience
oPrevious experience preferred oKnowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
